Investigating - IABBB IT and Interactive Blue are working to correct an issue with customer reviews obtaining an F Score. F Scores have not been applied to reviews since 5/21/2024, and new reviews are not available for processing in the blue dashboard, because they are still pending their F Score. Update - Refactoring Underway for Reviews / Complaints - We have started the work to reconfigure the way we are updating customer reviews and complaints to solve the issues we have been facing.
