IABBB IT and Interactive Blue will continue to monitor the API process to make sure the queues remain clear and to make sure the processes remain efficient and speedy. IABBB IT is working to speed up the processing of the backlog of messages and hope to clear the queues by late morning to midday. Update - Refactoring Underway for Reviews / Complaints - We have started the work to reconfigure the way we are updating customer reviews and complaints to solve the issues we have been facing.
